Barcelona and Argentine player Javier Mascherano is reportedly leaving the Catalan giants for a mega million move to Chinese Super League side Hebei Fortune.
The former Liverpool midfielder will leave the Spanish club in the January 2018 transfer window according to the report after winning two Champions League and 4 La Liga titles.
Fernando Czyz stated that the Argentine has already become a player of the Chinese club even though Barcelona are yet to announce any deal.
“Javier Mascherano is a new player of China’s Hebei Fortune.
“There was an agreement with Barcelona and his buyer and the Argentinian leave behind one of the best clubs in the world.” Argentine ace reporter Czyz was quoted to have said by UK Sun.
Barca are now reportedly in the market for a replacement and are looking at Palmeiras midfielder Yerry Mina for about £10.5m
